Dear Friend,
In my family, service is a tradition…service to Country, Church and
Community. My mother’s family has called Central Florida home for four
generations. My father was one of the first Naval JAG Corps Officers and
my brother serves on the Sanford City Commission.
A horrible crime known as “The Deltona Massacre” changed my life. Such a
horrific disregard for human life made me realize that I wanted to make a
difference, and I decided to become a prosecutor. As an Assistant State
Attorney, I have become increasingly concerned that violent offenders are
repeatedly turned out into our neighborhoods and our juvenile offenders
rarely pay a price for their crimes.
As a husband and the father of three young children, I feel that I must do
something more. I share your values, and I share your concerns. I want to
fight for laws that will make you and your family safer and your
communities more secure. That is why I am running for the Florida House
of Representatives.
